Mr. Tinti has been a practicing attorney for over twenty seven years and serving as the DMA Contracts Counsel and as Legal Counsel to the American Forces Network-Broadcast Center (AFN-BC). AFN-BC is located at Riverside, California and provides contracting, logistics, engineering and broadcast management support to meet the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs requirements to include acquiring, scheduling and broadcasting American radio and television programming for worldwide distribution on the AFN. Areas of legal practice include procurement, fiscal, administrative, intellectual property, ethics, military and civilian personnel law. In addition, as a Reserve officer Mr. Tinti currently serves as the Staff Judge Advocate of the 40th Infantry Division, California Army National Guard, and holds the rank of Colonel.
