Allison Highley is the Director, Office of Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity. Prior to this position, Ms. Highley served as an EEO Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Ms. Highley has been a licensed attorney since receiving her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America in 2003. She has practiced law in the state and federal courts of Washington, Alabama, Hawaii and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States Supreme Court. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil rights and employment law cases and has held positions in the private sector, government and judiciary.
