Production Support Services
Production Support provides the full range of production services in both the studio and field. It specializes in the production of remote events for usage via live to air, webcast and live to tape distribution. Using DMA-owned equipment including television/production trucks and trailers, it provides the full range of support services from videography, lighting, audio, power distribution and video streaming. Production Support also provides technical consultation on a wide range of production topics.
Goal: Provide both taped and live broadcast production capability for news events in the PACOM AOR.
DOD Public Web
DOD Public Web provides an enterprise-level cloud service comprised of Web hosting to provide information sharing for the Department of Defense. Services include Web development, Web design, system engineering, network operations, security, training, migration support, web analytics, email marketing and helpdesk services for publicly-accessible websites and social media blogs.
Television-Audio Support Activity
The Television-Audio Support Activity designs, procures, installs and supports radio and television production and contingency/wartime equipment storage for DOD customers
Engineering Projects
- Four Satellite Fly Away Systems for Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC) JBPHH, Hawaii. These are portable systems that will allow deployed folks pick up the AFN and/or DTS Signal most anywhere in the world.
- Garrison Visual Information Production System (GVIPS) for Army G-6 installation in Korea. This is one of 32 systems built to provide both Video and Still photographic capability all in a single location on bases throughout the world.
