New Employee: Initial Ethics Orientation 
Employees new to DMA are required to review all Ethics Orientation Briefing material, listed below, and complete the below Certification of Accomplished Ethics Briefing. DMA recommends new employees complete this review within 10 days of joining DMA. Official duty time to review these materials may be used. 5 C.F.R. § 2638.703(a)(3). Additional time may be granted at the discretion of your supervisor.
